Marcelo Fumasoni
President
Marcelo Fumasoni is a global Human Resources executive with more than 25 years of experience leading business transformation, developing high-performing teams, and shaping talent strategies across the Americas. He is recognized for building exceptional leadership teams and helping organizations accelerate growth, transformation, and long-term success.
Marcelo currently serves as Senior Vice President, Human Resources Business Partners at TelevisaUnivision, the world’s leading Spanish-language media company. Before TelevisaUnivision, Marcelo held senior HR leadership roles at Microsoft, Novartis, and AstraZeneca, leading strategic initiatives across multiple countries and business units, driving organizational effectiveness, and enabling leadership teams to scale performance and growth through targeted Human Capital programs.
Beyond his corporate career, he is deeply committed to philanthropy, leadership, and community engagement, collaborating with renowned NGO organizations in the Americas like TECHO and Global Humanitaria.
As the President of the Ferrari Club of America—Miami Chapter, he leads the continued growth of the chapter, expanding its membership, strengthening strategic partnerships, and creating exceptional experiences for Ferrari enthusiasts across the city.
Being a passionate Ferrari fan for life, Marcelo has established FCA participation and developed partnerships with key motorsport events, like Ferrari of Miami, Miami Concours, and F1 Miami Grand Prix, where he and FCA members contribute to expanding broader knowledge about Ferrari among new fans and automobili enthusiasts.
Under Marcelo’s leadership, the FCA Miami Chapter has become one of the most active and respected chapters in the United States, bringing together Ferrari owners and enthusiasts through world-class experiences, meaningful partnerships, and shared values and passion for Ferrari and the Ferrari Club of America famiglia.
Barbara Exposito-Fernandez

Barbara is a seasoned consultant and strategist who has advised over 100 companies and executive leaders around the globe. Known for crafting intentional, high-touch experiences, she brings a unique blend of excellence, connection, and impact. With a background in the luxury automotive world, Barbara understands premium brands and world-class standards firsthand. A lifelong car enthusiast and proud owner of a 2014 Ferrari 458, she is thrilled to channel her passion and expertise as the Director of Events for the Ferrari Club of America, Miami Chapter. Barbara is dedicated to creating memorable events that celebrate Ferrari’s vibrant community and lifestyle.
Maria Isabel Fuentes

Maria Isabel is a Miami-based professional with a background in wellness, public relations, and sales, with a strong focus on community building and high-value connections. Passionate about meaningful relationships, knowledge sharing, and active participation, she brings a people-first approach to every initiative.
A lifelong Ferraristi and passionate Ferrari enthusiast, Maria Isabel has a deep appreciation for the heritage, performance, and culture of the Ferrari brand. She is incredibly proud to represent Ferrari in Miami and to serve as Director of Memberships on the Board of the Ferrari Club of America, helping grow and strengthen a vibrant community of Ferrari owners and enthusiasts who share the same passion.
Diego Cagol
Treasurer
Diego Cagol serves as the Treasurer of the Ferrari Club of America — Miami Chapter, where he oversees the Club’s financial operations with transparency, precision, and a long-term sense of responsibility. With a solid background in international finance, Diego supports the Board in maintaining strong financial discipline while ensuring high-quality experiences for Club members.A lifelong Ferrari collector and enthusiast, Diego brings a commitment to excellence, organization, and precision to his role. He is deeply dedicated to supporting the Club’s growth while preserving the values of friendship, shared passion, and community that define the FCA Miami Chapter.
Andriy Yakushyn
Vice-President
As a Ferrari enthusiast and community builder, Andriy helps expand FCA Miami’s footprint — supporting participation in major automotive events, concours, and charity initiatives — ensuring that the club is not only a social network, but a respected presence in the regional automotive culture. Working closely with the President and the Board, he helps shape the club’s strategic direction while ensuring that day-to-day operations, events, partnerships, and communications are executed at the highest level.
George Foyo
Philanthropy Chair
George is a distinguished international business executive, who holds degrees in mechanical and industrial engineering and whose career spans telecommunications, media, healthcare, financial services, and community leadership. He held senior executive roles at AT&T, including Executive Vice President of AT&T International and President & Managing Director for the Caribbean and Latin America Division, before serving as President of DIRECTV Latin America. He later held leadership positions at Baptist Health South Florida, Florida Blue, and the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce. Today, he serves as Vice Chairman of Grove Bank & Trust.
Throughout his career, George has combined business leadership with a deep commitment to community service, serving on numerous nonprofit and civic boards across South Florida and helping organizations create lasting impact in the communities they serve.
A lifelong automotive enthusiast and passionate Ferrarista, George has owned numerous Ferraris and exotic cars and has enjoyed tracking many of them at Homestead-Miami Speedway. Together with his wife, Luisa, he is the proud parent of four children and grandfather of five. He brings to our Chapter not only exceptional executive and philanthropic leadership, but also a genuine passion for the Ferrari lifestyle and the camaraderie that defines our Famiglia.
As Philanthropy Chair, George will lead the planning and execution of the Chapter’s signature annual charitable event. Working closely with the Board and our members, he will help channel our community’s passion into meaningful impact while fostering relationships with sponsors, charitable organizations, and community partners throughout Miami-Dade.
Most importantly, George brings a spirit of service, generosity, and leadership that reflects the very best of what the FCA Miami Famiglia stands for.
Lino Fayen
Secretary of the Board
Lino Fayen is an Industrial Engineer and accomplished operations executive with extensive international experience in project development, business strategy, luxury automotive ventures, and organizational growth.
As Director of Operations and Projects at JMF Consulting, he leads multidisciplinary initiatives focused on operational excellence, innovation, strategic expansion, and the successful execution of complex projects across the United States and international markets.
Throughout his career, Lino has built a robust reputation for combining analytical thinking, entrepreneurial vision, and relationship-driven leadership to deliver value and sustainable growth. His expertise spans project management, business development, mobility and real estate ventures, strategic partnerships, fundraising initiatives, and stakeholder engagement.
He also played a critical role in the development and expansion of Collection Suites throughout the United States, helping establish one of the nation’s most recognized luxury automotive suites and lifestyle concepts.
Lino is also a lifelong automotive enthusiast and passionate Ferraristi, with incredible racing experience and deep roots in the international luxury automotive community. Lino brings a unique perspective that blends business acumen with a genuine passion for motorsports and the Ferrari lifestyle.
As Secretary of the Board of the Ferrari Club of America Miami Chapter, Lino will play a critical role in strengthening the chapter’s governance, strategic planning, and operational effectiveness. He will work closely with the Board to strengthen relationships across the Ferrari ecosystem, including Ferrari dealerships, Ferrari North America, FCA Regional and National leadership, sponsors, community partners, and members. He also contributes to sponsorship development, strengthening the chapter’s ability to deliver exceptional experiences and create lasting value for its members.

Karla Ortiz
Women Engagement Chair
Karla is an accomplished finance executive, community leader, and passionate Ferrari enthusiast whose professional career spans corporate finance, strategic planning, and international business operations across the United States, Mexico, and Central America. She currently serves as Chief Financial Officer of a leading multimedia organization and brings a wealth of leadership experience, business acumen, and a deep commitment to service.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Karla is passionate about building meaningful relationships and creating opportunities for people to connect through shared experiences. Her commitment to philanthropy, community engagement, and inclusive leadership makes her exceptionally well-suited for this important role.
As our Women’s Engagement Chair, Karla will help strengthen and expand women’s involvement throughout the FCA Miami community. Her focus will be on creating opportunities for women members, spouses, partners, daughters, and families to connect, engage, and build lasting friendships while enjoying the unique experiences that define the Ferrari lifestyle.
The Ferrari Club is much more than automobiles—it is a community built on relationships, shared passions, and memorable experiences. Women play a vital role in shaping that community, bringing energy, perspective, leadership, and connection that enrich the experience for all our members. Through Karla’s leadership, we look forward to creating even more opportunities to celebrate and support the incredible women who are part of our FCA Miami Famiglia.
